By using Literary Typing Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Literary Typing Studio is a web-based typing practice application featuring public domain literary works. The Service includes free chapters available to all users and premium chapters accessible to paid subscribers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@lit-typing.com.

4. Free and Premium Access

The first three chapters of each work are available free of charge. Access to all remaining chapters requires a one-time payment. Purchased access is non-expiring and tied to your account.

We reserve the right to modify which chapters are included in free or premium tiers with reasonable notice to users.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The one-time purchase fee is displayed at the time of checkout. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, contact us within 14 days for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

The literary texts featured in the Service are public domain works. The Service's design, code, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of Literary Typing Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to: scrape or harvest content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Literary Typing Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
